25% Cancellation Charge
75% of ticket amount will be refunded.

6-12 Hours Before

50% Cancellation Charge
50% of ticket amount will be refunded.

Less than 6 Hours
100%

No Refund
Tickets cannot be cancelled. No refund available.

Cancellation timing is calculated from the scheduled departure time of your bus. All times are calculated based on Indian Standard Time (IST).

How to Cancel Your Booking

Online Cancellation

  2. Log into your account
  3. Go to "My Bookings" section
  4. Find your booking and click "Cancel"
  5. Confirm cancellation
  6. Refund will be processed automatically

Service Cancellation by Nandighosh

  • • Government restrictions or lockdowns
  • • Strikes or bandhs affecting transportation
  • Result: Full refund or free rescheduling

Medical Emergencies

  • • Passenger or immediate family medical emergency
  • • Valid medical certificate required
  • Result: Case-by-case evaluation for waiver of cancellation charges
Important Terms & Conditions

General Terms

  • Cancellation charges are calculated on the base ticket fare
  • Service charges, convenience fees, and taxes are non-refundable
  • Partial cancellations are not allowed for group bookings
  • Refund amount may vary based on payment method used
  • All refunds are processed in INR (Indian Rupees) only

No Cancellation Allowed

  • If passenger fails to board despite being present at boarding point
